   Yoshino Shrine

   A Shinto shrine built in Yoshinomura, the Japanese settler village established at Hualien in Taiwan under Japanese rule. It enshrined Ōkunitama-no-mikoto and Prince Kitashirakawa as a spiritual anchor for the migrants; today only the founding stele remains.
