Victoria Falls is a curtain of water 1,708 metres wide dropping a hundred metres into a gorge, and at full flow between March and May it throws spray high enough to be seen from thirty kilometres away.

The Zimbabwean side has most of the frontage and the rainforest path that keeps you soaked. Bungee jumps go off the bridge, helicopters fly the gorges, and the Zambezi runs sunset cruises above the lip.

Victoria Falls National Park
The Zimbabwean park protecting the south and east bank of the Zambezi at the falls. The spray keeps a patch of rainforest permanently wet on this side, so the path along the rim runs through dripping fig and ebony with the gorge on one hand.

Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park
The Zambian national park at Victoria Falls, holding half of the falls along with a stretch of the Zambezi above them and a small game section. It shares World Heritage listing with the Zimbabwean park opposite.

Railway Museum
A museum at Livingstone preserving the locomotives and records of Zambia's railways, built to move copper to the coast. It also keeps an exhibition on the country's Jewish community, which ran much of the early trade.
